Anxiety, the monster (zine)
Zines has always been my favorite to make, they're fun and creative. Best of all personalized. I created a Zine called Anxiety, the monster to share a few stories and tips of how anxiety can be and how it works. Also the need for self care. The monster represented is a slime monster that takes any shape or form. It changes colors depending on the situation (not all anxiety is the same). I wish to encourage people to read more about anxiety and how it's important to bring up in conversations.
